Ann Godley, B.A., M.Ed.
Co-Founder and Executive Director
Originally from Iowa, Ann has held education leadership positions at American Schools in Belgium, Singapore, Mexico and Abu Dhabi. She completed her Master’s Degree in Education at Michigan State University and is an expert in curriculum and instruction for early years education. Ann is loved by students and staff and is the heart of the Mt. Elizabeth experience.

Rob Godley, B.Sc., B.Ed., M.A., M.Ed.
Co-Founder and President
Originally from Toronto, Rob is a dedicated, tireless community leader who has dedicated the past 25 years to excellence in global education. Rob has held leadership positions with American schools around the world including the International School of Brussels, Singapore American School, the American School of Mexico City and the American International School in Abu Dhabi. He is passionate about teacher development, mentoring aspiring leaders and leading by example.

Ms. Samantha
Director
Ms. Samantha brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of Early Childhood Education. She holds a BA in ECE and as a mother herself, she understands the importance of providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our little ones.
Her impressive background includes serving as both an Assistant Director and Director at a well-respected childcare center here in Georgia.
We are confident that her knowledge and passion for early childhood development greatly contribute to the exceptional care and education we strive to provide for the children in our care.
Ms. Laura
Assistant Director
Ms. Laura is a dedicated educator from Woodstock with deep roots in Iowa. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education, she boasts over 25 years of hands-on experience in childcare. Her passion for nurturing young minds is evident in every interaction.
A proud mother of two college-aged daughters, Ms. Laura understands the importance of strong family connections. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and crafting, showcasing her creativity and attention to detail.
With her compassionate approach and strong leadership skills, Ms. Laura fosters meaningful relationships with both children and parents. Her extensive experience and genuine care make her an invaluable part of our team, dedicated to the success and growth of our early learning center.
Ms. Bri
Director of Instruction
Ms. Bri brings nearly a decade of experience in early childhood education and leadership, with a strong background in classroom instruction, curriculum implementation, staff development, and center operations. Throughout her career, she has steadily advanced from Lead Teacher to Center Director and most recently served as Senior Director for a multi-site early learning organization, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
During her leadership career, Ms. Bri has overseen daily center operations, coached and mentored teaching teams, supported curriculum implementation, strengthened family partnerships, and ensured compliance with state licensing and quality standards. Her collaborative leadership style and passion for helping educators grow create positive learning environments where both children and teachers can thrive.
Ms. Bri earned her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and has completed Georgia’s 40-Hour Director Training. She is passionate about providing children with engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while fostering meaningful relationships with families. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to educational excellence make her a valued member of the Mt. Elizabeth Academy leadership team.
Ms. Donna
Curriculum Coach
Ms. Donna is an integral part of the Mount Elizabeth Academy family, serving as our Curriculum Coach and focusing on the social and academic development of each child, while developing the pedagogical talents of our teachers. With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and extensive experience as both an educator and administrator, she is dedicated to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and enriching environment in our community.
Throughout her time with us, Donna has drawn on her impressive background, including previous roles as Interim Assistant Director of Extended Day and Summer Learning, as well as an Equity Coach and Literacy Coach. She has successfully developed and implemented innovative programs that enhance learning experiences and promote holistic growth for our students.
We are grateful for Donna’s ongoing contributions and unwavering dedication, which continue to elevate the exceptional care and education we provide to the children and families in our community.
