Ann Godley, B.A., M.Ed.

Co-Founder and Director

Originally from Iowa, Ann has held education leadership positions at American Schools in Belgium, Singapore, Mexico and Abu Dhabi. She completed her Master’s Degree in Education at Michigan State University and is an expert in curriculum and instruction for early years education. Ann is loved by students and staff and is the heart of the Mt. Elizabeth experience.

Rob Godley, B.Sc., B.Ed., M.A., M.Ed.

Co-Founder and President

Originally from Toronto, Rob is a dedicated, tireless community leader who has dedicated the past 25 years to excellence in global education. Rob has held leadership positions with American schools around the world including the International School of Brussels, Singapore American School, the American School of Mexico City and the American International School in Abu Dhabi. He is passionate about teacher development, mentoring aspiring leaders and leading by example.

Gabrielle Goldsmith

Assistant Director of Curriculum and Teaching

Miss. Gaby is a happily married mother of two beautiful children and she loves working as the Assistant Director of Teaching and Curriculum at Mt. Elizabeth Academy. From a young age, teaching has always been her passion. After working in classrooms with all age groups, she was promoted to a leadership position and has been in education management for the past seven years. She has completed her Director Training with BFTS and she has also received her CDA.
Birth to age five are the foundation years for children and she strongly believes that as educators, it is our responsibility to do and give our best to help nurture and develop these precious little minds.


Kea Childress

Assistant Director of Operations at Mt. Elizabeth Academy

Kea is the Assistant Director of Operations at Mt. Elizabeth Academy. She has over 16 years of experience in early learning teaching and management. She holds a paraprofessional education certification. She began working with children as a camp counselor and she plans to become a certified Bright from the Start trainer. Kea loves working with both children and adults and her passion is helping children discover new things.
