Step 1: Take a Tour

It’s important that you and your child feel Mt. Elizabeth Academy is the right fit. On your tour you’ll meet our teachers, see the classrooms and outdoor play areas, and ask anything on your mind. Tours are available on weekdays by appointment. Book online or call us.

Step 2: Open Enrollment & Waiting Lists

We are a year-round school with open enrollment, so your child can start whenever a space is available in the right age group. If your age group is full, your child goes on our waiting list and we notify you as soon as a spot opens. You may also pay a Seat Hold fee to guarantee your spot and lock in a start date.

What's Included in Tuition

Tuition includes lunch, snacks, in-house field trips, Spanish, Bible class, and chapel. Families with more than one child enrolled full-time receive a 10% sibling discount on the older child’s tuition. Tuition is due every Monday and can be paid weekly, biweekly, or monthly through Brightwheel.

Step 3: Required Documents

Georgia licensing requires these forms on file before your child’s first day:

  • Child enrollment/profile and emergency medical authorization
  • Georgia Form 3231: immunization record (or an approved exemption on file)
  • Georgia Form 3300: vision, hearing, dental, and nutrition screening, for our 4-year-old program
  • Two emergency contacts (other than parents) who can reach us within 30 minutes
  • Photo release, parent handbook acknowledgment, and parental agreement
  • Allergy action plan, medication authorization, or other forms, if applicable
  • Infant feeding plan and safe sleep form, for children 6 weeks–12 months

You’ll find these in your Brightwheel enrollment, and our admissions team will walk you through anything you need.

Step 4: Seat Hold for Future Start Dates

If your child won’t start until four weeks or more after registration, a Seat Hold applies. You pay two weeks’ tuition as a non-refundable deposit. The first week is applied to your child’s first week of attendance, and the second covers the weeks the spot is held open for you.
